Kacche kele ki sabzi & Kaap




Preparation of kele ki sabzi: Modified recipe from http://funfoodandfrolic.blogspot.com/2013/12/kachhekelekisabzi.html

1. Slice raw banana and keep immersed in water
2. Make coarse paste of grated coconut, whole red chilli, whole black pepper, whole coriander, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, and masala.
3. Saute onions with mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal.
4. Add paste
5. Add banana
6. Add salt and water
7. Cook with lid till golden brown
8. Garnish with lemon juice and cilantro








Preparation of kaap:
1. Coat potato & raw banana slices with masala and rice flour
2. Fry one side on pan
3. Fry the other side
4. Golden brown kaap ready to serve!
