Egg masala dry



Egg masala dry preparation:
1. Saute onions with garlic cloves, then add tomato
2. Add turmeric powder
3. Add chilli powder
4. Add little bit of water
5. Add mama's masala
6. Add everest egg masala
7. Drop in the eggs
8. Cook with lid till ready to flip over
9. Flip over eggs, cook with lid till done

Gwarichi bhaji



Gawar ki sabzi preparation:
1. Saute gawar in oil and set aside
2. Saute onions with cumin seeds and curry leaves
3. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, curry powder, turmeric poweder
4. Add a little water so that masala will cook and not burn
5. Add previously saute'd gawar
6. Add water and salt to taste
7. Cook with lid till done.
8. Garnish with grated coconut, cilantro and coarsely crushed groundnut
