Egg masala dry



Egg masala dry preparation:
1. Saute onions with garlic cloves, then add tomato
2. Add turmeric powder
3. Add chilli powder
4. Add little bit of water
5. Add mama's masala
6. Add everest egg masala
7. Drop in the eggs
8. Cook with lid till ready to flip over
9. Flip over eggs, cook with lid till done

Gwarichi bhaji



Gawar ki sabzi preparation:
1. Saute gawar in oil and set aside
2. Saute onions with cumin seeds and curry leaves
3. Add coriander powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, curry powder, turmeric poweder
4. Add a little water so that masala will cook and not burn
5. Add previously saute'd gawar
6. Add water and salt to taste
7. Cook with lid till done.
8. Garnish with grated coconut, cilantro and coarsely crushed groundnut

Kacche kele ki sabzi & Kaap

1. Slice raw banana and keep immersed in water
2. Make coarse paste of grated coconut, whole red chilli, whole black pepper, whole coriander, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, and masala.
3. Saute onions with mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal.
4. Add paste
5. Add banana
6. Add salt and water
7. Cook with lid till golden brown
8. Garnish with lemon juice and cilantro








Preparation of kaap:
1. Coat potato & raw banana slices with masala and rice flour
2. Fry one side on pan
3. Fry the other side
4. Golden brown kaap ready to serve!

Cabbage sabzi



Cabbage sabzi preparation:
1. Saute onions with rai, curry leaves, hing and green chilli
2. Add dhana, jeera, haldi powder and add cabbage (no need to add water). Add salt to taste and cook till done.
3. Garnish with grated coconut and a bit of cilantro.

1. Clean and slice tondli
2. Saute onions with rai, jeera and curry leaves
3. Add masalas and finally tondli
4. Add water and cook with lid on till done

Koshimbir preparation


Notes:
1. Onion is main ingredient, and is in long thin slices.
2. Other veggies are sides, and are cut in very small pieces or grated
3. To serve, mix them up and add salt to taste
